Texas Justice Court Judges Association

Judge Starkenburg is honored to have been re-elected to the Texas Justice Court Judges Association Board of Directors. Judge Starkenburg will continue do what he can to provide Texans with an open & fair Small Claims and Justice Court for the people of Texas to resolve issues under $10,000.

Judge Starkenburg is grateful that the statues passed by the 81^st Texas Legislative session will have very limited effects on the Texas Justice Courts. The People of Texas will continue to have the ability to file Small Claims Cases to resolve issues in your local Justice of the Peace Court.
