· Transferred to Texas to manage the Gulf Coast ARCO Field Surveillance Program in 1977
· Quality Control Management for ARCO / Lyondell until retirement in 2004
· Appointed Justice of the Peace, Pct. 3, Place 2 Brazoria County May 11, 2004. Elected in 2004 for un-expired term and then re-elected in 2006.
